How to find research papers/ Cách tìm bài báo khoa học

One problem we have to face when doing research is finding appropriate papers to read. There are tons of papers, articles on the internet, and we don't have time to read all of this. That's why we should know how to choose the best among all the things we can access. Sometimes, It is just like finding the needle in a haystack. Hereafter, I will show you the way I often use to find research papers.
First of all, I locate the good sources. Good sources here mean a good journal or a famous author on my research topic. Where to find them? This is a two-fold question, so I will show you firstly how to find a good journal.
To find a good journal, I go to the journal ranking site (I often use http://www.scimagojr.com/journalrank.php). Type in the search box the keyword, for examples budget, or insurance, or whatever you want, the site will return to you all journals that have the keyword. I searched the keyword "public finance" and here what I got.
A good journal will have a high ranking and will be referenced many times, so I click on each of the journals and looking for this information. A journal can be ranked Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4. Q1 and Q2 mean very good, Q3 is good, and Q4 is acceptable. Moreover, I look at how many times an article in this journal be referenced. The higher the better. For example, the International Tax and Public Finance is a Q2 journal in Finance area, and citation per document is about 0.9 during the period of 2005 - 2015. This means it is a good journal, so I go to the journal website (google it) and looking for paper.
On the journal website, I will read its aims and scopes first to be sure that it is perfectly fit my purpose. If it fit, then I use the search within journal box to find the appropriate articles. This time, I use a more specific keyword, for examples "income tax".
That's how I find a good paper in a good journal. Another way is to find a good author in my research topic. There are several ways to spot the good authors. Looking at the bibliography in the paper found above and see who is frequently mentioned, or go to https://scholar.google.com and use the same keyword. Here I use the keyword "income tax", hence looking for the author with high citation. Many researchers have their profiles public on google scholar. Read through the profile we can determine if their major field and their current research topic fit ours.
When you have found the good sources, next step is downloading paper. Unfortunately, we have to pay for each paper (normally ranging from 30 - 50$). It is costly and risky because we couldn't know if the paper is useful unless we read through it. However, there are tricky ways to get the paper we want. Many researchers publish their papers on https://www.researchgate.net/, so go there and search. If it's not working, we still have a back-up i.e. go to http://sci-hub.io/ then input the link of the paper or the DOI. Hit enter, and BINGO. The paper is automatically downloaded. It's illegal to download without payment, so think twice before do it.

Structure of a Research paper Cấu trúc một bài báo khoa học

It's quite late; however, I have decide to write so I must finish the 1st post before go to bed.
When conducting research, we have to read normally few dozens to hundred of paper. The papers could be up to 100 pages length. So, it is a huge amount of reading. Knowing the structure of the paper could help us navigate more quickly.
A normal paper can be divided into 3 main part according to the research process:

First, the researcher poses a question
Second, the researcher gathers data to answer the question
Third, the researcher present the answer

In the first part, we should see:
+) The title which normally (but not always) states the topic, the method, the time, the location, the participants of the study
+) The author information
+) The abstract which is a short summary of the study (normally less than 150 words). The abstract highlight the most important information of the study. We should read the abstract first so that we can decide to read the rest of the paper or not.
+) The introduction in which the researcher describes the research problem, reviews previous researches on this problem (so-called the literature review), and states the research purposes.

The second part includes:
+) The research design i.e. the participants, using qualitative or quantitative method.
+) The method to gather data i.e. questionnaire, interview, etc.
+) The method to analyse data.

The third part is the most important part of the paper. Some people read it right after the abstract. In the third part:
+) The result section is where researcher presents the analysis result.
+) In the conclusion, the researcher interprets how the result answer the research question, whether it confirm or dis-confirm the hypothesis. The researcher might states some weakness of the study and indicate some way for other researchers to improve in the future.
+) The biography cites all the referenced studies.
+) The appendixes (may or may not) provides extra information such as the data, tables, graphs, etc.

Above is the typical structure of a paper.
